Plus and minus + Location. Nice private eqsy going place with a small but nice beach (not to compare with North Beach but you can swim and enjoy the water) + Service attitude from the beach, pool, restaurant and reception personnel. They really make the difference, kudos to them that know something is not working right at the hotel but they don’t give up on the attitude! + Food. Great, fresh, and tasty food, prepared with love. It shows the kitchen personnel are there to do a job in all of its extension Now the minus: - Housekeeping and maintenance. Linens with stains (not just one but several), pillows with ripped zippers, couch with ripped zippers on the covers, terrace with old stains, jacuzzi with broken pieces, sink where only the hot water works, bathrobes with ripped sewing (changed them after we ask for it, but to offer them in the first place is unacceptable). - Pool area. Floors are not cleaned, umbrellas are really just ripping apart and to a certain point not anymore useful (not all of them but again, to leave those there for days and days and believe one will not notice is unacceptable) And no, we didn’t ask to talk to the manager because we are here on vacation not working to make sure they do their job. Is a little hotel, the manager should be on top of it, even if they do not have a budget for renovations, a little sewing/real cleaning here and there would make a difference. And yes, we were here in one of the most expensive time of the year and for that is kind of a “let’s ripped them off” behavior. We really hope the place would get renovated, change the management and keep the nice, sweet, committed people they have in the team. No, I don’t need an apology, just do your job! With that being said, we concentrate on the good and had a relaxing time in Isla, again, we are not here to do someone else’s job. As to weather we recommend the hotel, scroll up, make your choice and if you come don’t get angry and enjoy the ++++

The staff is helpful and professional. The included laundry service was really nice. We enjoyed both restaurants. Leo was the star of the experience, leading salsa dancing, a Mayan ceremony, and bringing Mexican bingo to the pool. We also loved the Yoga classes.

This was our first time staying in a Zoetry hotel and staying overnight in Isla Mujeres. We loved the hotel and the island experience. The hotel is relatively small, boutique with a lovely beachfront location. The food/beverages were outstanding (try all the tuna options -- and the pizza is great too). Spa services were divine. Special shout out to Leo from the spa. He was amazing. He even did a special Maya blessing ritual for guests. Across the board, customer service was outstanding, including Alfredo and Sao at the restaurant. Front desk staff where prompt and warm, including Ana. The hotel has a catamaran that is available (whether permitting), we were able to take it one way and it was really fun! But even the crossing on the public ferry is pretty straightforward with many departure/arrival options (we used Ultramar and took a taxi once we got to Isla Mujeres, and the front desk staff immediately reimbursed us upon arrival). Our room was on the first floor and had a great steam shower. Overall, terrific stay. The staff will make your stay special.
