Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

My husband and I are dragging out feet leaving this stunning resort today. Not only was the service incredible, but the food, rooms, and overall experience far exceeded the many other resorts we have been too. We booked this as a romantic “we made it” treat after a trying few months. We craved relaxation and rejuvenation to connect with each other and our selves and that is exactly what we got and more. Diana and everyone on this resort to a phenomenal job rolling out the red carpet for you, and truly making you feel like you are at home. Service: Wiris was our concierge, and the many reviews on here that swoon over his attention to detail and exemplary service are right on par. He arranged a gorgeous flower turndown service and surprise bath, the second to last night that was the Icing on the already completed cake. There wasn’t one person we encountered that was increíble. A few shoutouts are Serginia at Piragua, Julia who serves on the beach, Fernando in Indigio, and Santa and Maria in the spa. Room: I typically like to be out of my room when at hotels, but this was one I could have stayed at the entire time. It was spacious and exceptionally clean and well kept. I appreciated the rustic esthetic and did not find it dated or worn down at all. Our room, 158, was perfect location and had a separate soaking tub we absoluetly loved. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the option to get ergonomic pillows during our stay that I will be ordering. Food: YUM! we loved all of the restaurants and even had a private dinner on the beach that was just as good. Of course there were meals we liked more than others but this happens even at a 5 star restaurant. We found everything to be fresh ignredients, and prepared with love (coming from two people who eat primarily organic and home cooked meals every night). Beach: Beach was flawless with plenty of spots to sit same with pool, although we mostly enjoyed our swim up for pool time. I had maybe 10 bites torá after a week, and would have had just the same at the Jersey shore or OCMD. I was someone who really worried about this before the trip and I am here to tell you DO NOT WORRY, it isn’t that bad. I bought big spray and citronella brackets that worked perfectly fine. My husband didn’t complain of any. All in all, we will be back. This place is too special for only a one time trip. Truly a hidden gem among the shores and lush greenery of the DR. Visit the spa and enjoy the solitude that comes with being a Zoetry guest ♥️

My wife and I went to escape the cold and to recharge our batteries after a very tough year. Everyone was very kind and compassionate. Wiris our concierge was very kind, attentive, and helped us have an amazing trip. Santa, the massage therapist, helped me heal emotionally, physically, and mentally. from a bad car accident. She knew what I needed more than I did. The spa really helped me heal and rejuvenate. Julia made sure we had excellent drinks on the beach, and Santa our maid knew exactly what we needed. Eduardo kept us well hydrated and all of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and could be at peace. This was the perfect place to come as an introvert, but had many activities if you were looking for socialization. I highly recommend this place!! The beach is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff really made this place an ocean oasis.

Since it was the 1st time i thought at 1st it was expensive but decided to go because of a 50th birthday in the group. Our experience was such that the extra details in an all-inclusive which I would never have thought of were a great bonus. By far the customer service and the value received was much more than expected. Easy to say hands down this was simply an amazing experience and glad we got to experience it .
