Very efficient especially Rashid in the club lounge. Very attentive and knowledgeable
Excellent stay with all staff proficient and helpful. Would certainly consider a future stay here. Will consider Dubai again for a stopover on way to and from Asia. Club lounge excellent if underused by rest of the guests. Good choice of snacks and drinks. WiFi reasonable although there seemed to be restrictions on scope.

Beautiful stay
We had a great time staying here. The staff was very friendly, especially Duncan. We will definitely be back. Clean rooms, rich breakfast but could have better quality. Good location, close to all amenities. Unfortunately we didn't use the swimming pool or the gym, but they were there.

Executive lounge
Lovely hotel. The exec lounge was a joy. Rashid was so incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back! The food was lovely. The environment was quiet and conducive to excellent work and networking. The views were incredible particularly at sunset
