Its four stars shine on the pediment of a neo-classical facade. The recent restoration of the interiors has made it possible to combine the charm of the old with great modernity: ceilings with moldings and Belle Epoque frescoes alongside designer furniture. Westminster has remained true to its soul. But it is about its time! In the mood of time.
Located by the sea and in the city centre, close to the train station and Nice international airport, the Westminster Hotel & Spa is a must-see hotel on the French Riviera.

Junior suite oceanfront room lovely. Bathroom with separate WC. Coffee and tea makers. Furniture a bit dated. Spa facilities were minimal and very dark. Staff was very good. Room was very clean with a nice balcony fitting 2 chairs and a table. Robe and slippers. Noise on 2nd floor not an issue. Breakfast was good and included. Bar a nice place to sit with some live music. Don’t eat at restaurant. I booked directly through hotel and my friends booked through booking.com Cityview superior room. Their room was lacking extremely small, dark small bathroom with shower that came into the room. It was just odd. They had tea only. Apparently all rooms not facing water very small. I would stay again. My friends had mixed reactions. We booked months ahead and received good prices. Nice location. We walked to old town, main commercial shopping street and train in less than 15 minutes. Beach time best in Antibes or Jean Les Pines if you have time for day trip.

We have been dozens of times to Nice, and stayed in several other hotels. We tried the Westminster for a change(having often eaten there on their terrace). We found the hotel elegantly and very well refurbished , the staff friendly ( especial noble mention of William the Concierge, a very charming Frenchman!). The porters were friendly and efficient, and our room was top floor corner junior suite(I think 504 ?) with wrap around balcony and four (!) french doors opening onto it for amazing sea and coastal views. Public parking for a reasonable fee right next door. We shall return, very happily. Thank you Westminster for making our stay very special and memorable!
