West Bay Club

It was clear from the moment we arrived that West Bay Club was the perfect destination for two sets of parents looking to relax for a few days on TCI. Crystal blue water, a pristine and secluded beach, clean and sizeable living quarters, restaurant and bar options on site with easy access to busier Grace Bay destinations, and some of the best service we’ve seen in the Caribbean (special shout out to Beatrice, Jose, and too many others to count). For a peaceful getaway, I couldn’t recommend West Bay Club more. We’ll definitely be back, maybe even with our growing flock of young ones!

West Bay Club is a beautiful resort. It's smaller and less crowded than a lot of the neighboring resorts which I appreciated. We travelled as a group of 11 - 6 adults and 5 kids 8 and under. We stayed in the 3 bd ocean view suite and were VERY happy. Each room had it's own bathroom and we rolled in a couple cots for the kids and it felt like plenty of space. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff was wonderful (especially Beatrice, Roshanna, and Margarette)! Lovely, friendly, and happy to help. Keep in mind that island time is a real thing, so don't expect NY level speed in getting food and drinks. The staff loves chatting with the guests and focusing on quality service vs speed. We took advantage of Margarettes Kid's Club services which i recommend. it's very personal, small, and sweet. There are several activities and it was very flexible. Our kids sort of bounced in and out depending on the activity. She does a great job of popping by the pool to see if anyone is interested in what's going on, and you only have to register once and its free and easy to do. Obviously the beach is beautiful. Beach chair service is nice and after walking along the beach, I did feel this had one of the better, less crowded beach set ups - still walking distance to the reef and a couple of restaurants, but felt beautiful and serene. One thing to note is that the pool is pretty small. It didn't bother us, but if you're looking for a large pool, with lots of seating, and multiple areas of entertainment - this isn't your place.

We ended our TCI vacation with 3 days at the west bay club. I don’t think we could ask for anything more. Pristine location, wonderful staff, and great food and drinks. Our children had a blast at the kids club and the pool. Beatrice was so helpful and accommodating she anticipated our every need and made sure our vacation was perfect!
