Just had a 2 day stay at this superbly located hotel. I have to say the experience was completely at odds with the negative reviews posted on this site. We booked directly with the hotel taking advantage of their summer special offers. We were taken to view the room and it was absolutely fine Large and spacious,quiet, good TV , tea and coffee provided.Excellent bathroom with power shower and quality shampoo and soap.Good towels. Only minor gripe was the heated towel rail pumping out incredible heat. Good quiet air con in the room. Breakfast was acceptable and included in the room rate. Staff were friendly and polite. Very enjoyable stay.

Amazing
Perfect stay with a great location! We stayed for my sisters hen do, they were so accommodating and made it very special for us also so helpful being close to things great. location! Was super happy with my stay and look forward to returning! Lovely breakfast too! x

We had a wonderful stay
We had a great experience at the hotel the location is in heart of mayfair the staff is super friendly I had a huge terrace specially deep was very helpful to arrange everything and Miraj at the front desk was very helpful I look forward to come again soon
