The most amazing staff
Second time at WA Dubai. On arrival we were upgraded to a suite. Wow, what a treat. If you want Dubai bling, this hotel is not for you - we’ve done all that before as been travelling to Dubai for 16 year, but wish for a quieter holiday now. It’s understated and classy, with fabulous service & staff and great attention to detail (the staff told us they were well looked after by Hilton who own it, which is a big plus for us). Pearl Club is well worth it, with breakfast, afternoon tea and pre meal appetisers and drinks in the lovely space on the 5th floor. A big thank you to the Pearl Club team, the beach staff and Yasintha who looked after our room - you all made it a fabulous, relaxing week where we didn’t have to think about a thing. Just like to add, the team in Lao restaurant were fabulous and wrote us a lovely card and made us a Bon Voyage dessert on our last night. Well done to the WA team, you are the best.

Excellent week in the sun
Excellent hotel. Extremely clean with superb service. Facilities good and an all round good stay. Our room housekeeper Dashin was an absolute gem. Looked after us so well and nothing was any trouble. The dining room staff are so helpful and the food excellent especially the Indian night !!

Best luxury pool experience
We love Waldorf Astoria, after traveling for 3 weeks straight we chose this property to have rest and relaxation. Every morning we would go by the adult swimming pool and the whole team :Dinesh Gayan, Ojo and Jar were absolutely great!!!! They will have the chairs set up for you: as the sun moves if you need shade they will move umbrella 🌂 to create it for you. They will make sure you are hydrated by providing bottle water with plenty of ice. As it gets hot they will give ice cold jasmine scented hand towels to cool off. And I do have to mention that they will check with the pool guests throughout the day to see if you need your sun glasses cleaned. This was absolutely one of the best pool experience we had! The adult swimming pool team of Dinesh. Gayan, Ojo and Jar provide a true five star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 experience!!!
