Best service and room!
Amazing service, newly renovated, great location. Nelson and the whole team provide top notch service. From the doorman, bell boy, front desk to the manager have great attitude for the first time i don’t feel the New Yorker rudeness. I used to stay at the Langham but so disappointed with their recent service and decided never to go back. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful after renovations
The W is extremely nice with all the new renovations. Getting from our room and out onto Park Avenue was always fast. Staff were great. They seemed happy. The bathrooms were very nice. Even their cheapest room was very spacious and quiet. The Nespresso machines and steamers in each room were cool. Walking distance to some nice, fancy dining as well as cheaper choices. We hit both. Joe Jr. for breakfast and Oceans for dinner. Bought snacks and drinks next door at CVS.

Fantastic stay!
Excellent hotel! Ignore all negative reviews which are probably before (or during) the renovation. Location is excellent, hotel is spotless, rooms are huge (even by NYC standards), premier gym, and outstanding staff. Restaurant is not up and running yet. As a result, complimentary fresh coffee and pastries are served in the lobby. I will be back!
