Great team and location
Had a great stay at the W London for a couple of nights February 19-21. The hotel is in a fun/lively location, where the streets around it are bustling, but the inside of the hotel is more of a refuge. More important than the building itself were the many W team members that we interacted with. A special call out to Andre at the front door who helped us (with an engaging smile) with bags, directions, and information, and, most especially, Fatima at reception who was incredibly welcoming, worked with us on a number of requests, and sent us on our way to our next destination with a nice personal note and a small bag of supplies for our travels. Would certainly return next time in London.

An amazing experience from the warm welcome of David passing by breakfast and finishing in the lovely room! I recommend! Location is absolutely amazing, lively place with great greetings You can only feel safe once you are inside of the property!

W for WONDERFUL
The hotel bar had the most amazing ambiance. Our bartender John made us fabulous cocktails! Sonal at the front desk delivered the most sensational customer service to make us feel like royalty! The luggage attendants were incredibly helpful!! We were exhausted from all of our traveling and this place was exactly what we needed to relax on our last night in London! Everyone was fantastic! Zero complaints!
