We recently stayed at this hotel for one night, in a room type called “ Marvelous Suite”. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory in terms of the quality of service provided. In fact, it ranks as the worst suite experiences I’ve ever had, despite the impressive view. There are serious cleaning issues throughout the property; the room, corridors, and elevators all lacked proper cleanliness. Stains on the bed linen and sofas are very unappealing. During breakfast, the food was served at incorrect temperatures at buffets and the tables were not cleaned adequately. Additionally, the lobby area and meeting rooms, which you must pass through to reach the Salt restaurant, were filled with unpleasant food odors. It requires a lot of time and multiple calls to guest services to have your request fulfilled. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience, especially considering the price. It seems that the management does not prioritize quality service, which is a significant drawback for any hotel.

The room was 1214. I called three times because the room was hot. The AC was working. I paid $773 per night so It is good money for hot room. I stay the first night hot so I called the next day and the lobby told me to wait. How can I wait ? . I have been stay in different W in different country and never have that bad customer service so Marriot need to upgrade the customer service have to be better service for the customer that we follow the brand hotel W around the world. I have to be in the lobby at 2:00 am to change the room. Please customer service have to be upgrade.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it fell far below my expectations. The entire property feels like it urgently needs a complete overhaul. Everything, from the furniture to the fixtures, is outdated and clearly past its prime. The rooms themselves had an uncomfortable, musty smell, likely due to poor maintenance or lingering humidity issues. It was hard to feel relaxed in such an environment. While the staff were friendly and did their best to be accommodating, it's evident that they are poorly trained. They seemed unsure of how to handle even basic requests, which added to the overall frustration of the stay. Considering the price, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, the value for money is simply not there. There is so much potential here, but until major improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel.
