Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas

I stayed this hotel last time and had a very good experience, so I decided to stay here again. The rooms and staff are perfect! Especially the front desk staff, Sahar, who was also in charge of check-in during my last stay. She remembered me and made me feel very comfy from the moment I arrived at the hotel. I’ll definitely choose this hotel next time!

We recently stayed at Vdara hotel from August 30 to September 1 to celebrate my best friend's birthday. We booked a room with a pull-out sofa bed, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star establishment. Firstly, the sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable. Despite requesting assistance to either repair or replace it, no action was taken. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned, as we discovered dried poop underneath the toilet handle. At checkout, we raised these issues, but the only compensation offered was the waiver of resort fees for our two-night stay. Given the high cost and the level of service we experienced, we feel that this hotel does not justify its price. We will not be staying here again and will not be recommending it to friends and family.

I picked this hotel because I simply wanted a good nights sleep. There is no casino. There is a bar, restaurant (at the bar) and a pool / gym. I ended up on the 50th floor with an amazing view of the strip and the Bellagio fountains. The room was spacious with a kitchen area, sitting area, bed area, and large bath (shower and tub). The issues I had were there were several areas that needed maintenance (shower head did not work) which they did fix. However the carpet is a bit rough and while the view is amazing, even nice dark blinds can not block out the light. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
