We stayed here in October 2022. I cam with my son and bought my parents. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, the previous time was pre Covid in Oct 2018. The hotel hasn’t changed and like our previous stay we enjoyed it. We enjoyed the early access to the Parks and enjoyed the free boat ride to the parks too. The pool feels really safe if you have young children as there are many life guards. We would stay here again!
Horrible experience in strong water bar: restaurant! Steer clear, rude, horrible service. Just tried to get a seat and order drink, was told to sit in a location by staff, asked to leave by other wait staff!!!
I traveled alone to meet other family who were visiting FL/Universal Studios parks. It was the perfect hotel for us. I had a kids’ suite which allowed me to easily come back to the room mid-day and put my 18 month old and 3 yr old down for a nap. Our room was a few doors down from the pool access. Sapphire has a perfect pool for young kids- it has a mid-pool zero entry area and is nicely heated. Everything about the resort was easy and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was perfect, access to the park either by foot or ferry was easy, and the room service options were great. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.
