The hotel itself is lovely, and my sister and I had a room with a loft, which was great. The problem is getting to your room. Cars cannot drive all the way up, so call the hotel in advance and have them send someone to take your bags. Make sure you are clear on the pickup/drop off point. Our driver left us on the street at the end of the path up and told us to wait. The person from the hotel was waiting further up, where the car rental place is. So 20 minutes with us in different spots! Once your bags are taken, there are many steep steps…so be aware. There are lovely restaurants close to the Villas, on your way to the street.it is close to the town of Fira with lots of shops and restaurants, so the location was good. Breakfast was provided, but nothing to get excited about. Bathrooms are small, with no shelving for your stuff and no coffee in the room (ugh). Personally, I would stay in Oia, which is much prettier…but most likely more expensive. Fira did not impress me at all.

Unbelievable resort! Privacy yet close to everything. The views are out of this world. Would highly recommend this place! Be sure to enjoy sunrise views and amazing sunsets. Really good food, and great pool! Be sure to spend a couple days! Staff are wonderful at meeting everyone’s needs.

The hotel is in a lovely position with sea views from every room. It was kept spotlessly clean, with clean towels and sheets every day. When we arrived there were no bedside lights, although they were shown in the pictures on the website, but when I asked for one it was soon provided. There was no full length mirror, which I would have liked, although the couple we went with had one in their room. There was a wardrobe with sufficient hangers, but only two very small drawers in the bedside cabinets, so we had to leave a lot of our clothes in our suitcase. There are many steps in the hotel, although we did know this beforehand. The swimming pool was lovely, and although sunshades were provided, some were broken. The breakfast was good, with a selection of fruit, pastries, cereal and cooked breakfast. The staff were really helpful, especially the man who carried the cases up to our rooms on arrival, and down to our transport when we left. I would recommend this hotel, but be warned about all the steps!!
