Fabulously styled hotel with many pools, from the large active pool to quite secluded pools and of course the rooftop pool with stunning views over the med. The dining options were some of the best buffets I've been to in any 5 star hotel. The chefs make entire mini-meals at each station. Staff were very helpful and attentive. This is a quiet adults only hotel so it's mostly couples which provides a nice atmosphere.

Very bad service especially from lobby bar attendants. Plastic glasses in a 5* hotel!! Everything shutting down around us. Have never felt so unwelcome in a hotel. Restaurant staff were lovely. Very friendly. That was probably the only good thing that I found with this holiday

Our second visit here, first was in July, and while there have been improvements, there have also been some things detrimental to what the brand is trying to achieve. I’ve given it 5 stars, but in truth it’s probably 4.5 stars. Almost, but not quite there. We were there a couple of weeks before the winter closure date, and things were winding down, for some strange reason Helios was no longer open for lunch! Management seemed to forget, people have paid a fair chunk of money to get a decent experience, to quote their motto. Honoring your freedom. (Yes I did spew it right) Now how can this be your values, when you start closing things down weeks before you actually close? Running out of glasses, yes a first world problem, but, I didn’t pay good money to sit in a 5* hotel drinking out of plastic beakers! (Around the pool area etc. I understand) This hotel, mainly due to its staff, has a great potential, but at the moment is not quite there. I have it on good advice that a lot of the problems that occurred during this, it’s first season, will be ironed out and rectified. Let’s hope so. We have booked again for early next season, I hope, no expect, everything to be open as advertised, and please get enough glassware in. Just like to give a shout out to Lucia, who is the manager of caprichio. One evening when there was only 2 bar staff on and 2 servers, and they were overwhelmed with guests, she was the only one to get some of her staff, as well as herself, to help out. The guy that organised the group, although they were excellent, did absolutely nothing to help, just lauded the applause, gave them drinks, and watched his fellow team members struggle. He should be totally ashamed of himself.
