Fabulous location and space for our wedding stay in London
We stayed at the treehouse as a group for my daughter's wedding. It was a perfect location and the hotel could not have done anymore for us to make the stay special, from helping navigate between our group rooms, to helping bring the flowers to the room for the bride. Everyone was so kind, complementary and helpful. Particular shout out to the security guard, who helped me navigate. Lovely touch for my daughter and her new husband to find a gift in their room on return on their wedding day from the hotel. Thank you for helping us and making this special day even more special

Greatest adventure from NYC to London
Had a great time, staying for a week in early Sept. 2024. Staff were very sweet and kind. Ana front office was very sweet and helpful during our trip. We arrived early to the hotel and our room was ready in 30 min. We brought our luggage up and saw the cutest room ever. The view was beautiful, see pictures.. Then went to town seeing every location possible. It location of the hotel was perfect, A great cafe down the block, Daunt Books, Wallace collection, Soho, 7 Dials market and much more in just a 15min walk. As we explored other areas of the Hotel we were able to have a delicious breakfast and dinners, Servers Aymen, Akeem, Night manager Mas, Morning manager Verona and Lorena Night host were the sweetest and kindness people. They allowed me to learn more about the hotel, culture, food and things to do in the area, to feel at home and cared for. Dishes were beautifully executed and tasted delicious. Downstairs they have complementary water faucets, apples/fruit and even candy. Others have said that the music is loud but I see it as an exaggeration. Rooms were beautifully maintained, everything worked great. Even at the last day we were able to check out, leave our bags walk around the city before our flight.

Cheeky good time hotel
Fun hotel with a cute quirky decor. Loved the themed rooms and wonderful customer service. The beds were comfy and bathrooms large by British standards. Would ask for a floor lower than top as it is a bit loud from restaurant above. Breakfast was the best! Food and service are top notch.
