Bad
House keeping is great can't complain about that, but customers service is really bad the casino does not pay any good bonuses. And the people at a little kiosk that have a sign that gives you free play is a scam they do not give you anything and they are also racist. No coffee in the rooms and no microwave.

Pirate Theme
Just like Luxor, Treasure Island has a location problem, but it *is* closer to the well known resorts (Venetian, Flamingo, Bellagio). However, Treasure Island lacks cool theming - I imagine it is hard to design a whole casino/shopping area after pirates, but the way they do it right now just isn't it. All they have are pirate ships out front. The casino is actually pretty dark and it is not worth staying very long.

Treasure Island is Great
My husband and I arrived at TI last night. We have stayed at TI many times. The check in was quick and efficient. We love staying in a non smoking petite suite room which has two bathrooms. The room is very nice and has a strip view. We are looking forward to having a wonderful time this week at TI in Las Vegas.
