Townhouse Hotel Miami Beach

If you come and terry is at the front desk he is going to take care of you 100%. He suggested locations for us to get the things we needed for our stay. Good attitude good energy .Terry a boss he needs raise🙏🏽

We booked using Air Canada (third party) and were hit by a resort fee for fees not included in the AC package. Not a great start. Our room was super cute (and mostly clean), the place is so close to the beach and they have their own section with chairs + towels included. Service was good. Special shout-out to Terry from the front desk, an absolute angel who went above and beyond for me and my fiancé. Honestly the best part of the hotel.

Townhouse is one of the smaller hotels around the beach. I booked here as it was one of the most reasonably priced places while not compromising good beach access/location. They don't have designated beach area but you can get free towels, umbrella, and benches that you can use. No in room coffee makers but they make coffee and tea in the lobby every morning which I find was better than most small hotel room coffee machines. The rooms are very clean, simple, and practical. Beds are comfortable and bathroom fixtures are in good shape. If you're looking for more comfort in a room besides sleeping and showering this place might not be for you. The highlight is the super helpful staff that will greet you when you're coming and going, both concierge and maintenance staff. I've asked for a few small accommodations during my stay such as making coffee a little earlier than 7 so I could drink before boarding my tour bus and they were more than happy to do. They also recommended a few places to eat in both Miami Beach and Key West which did not disappoint! Thanks Townhouse!
