Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort

Just arrived back after a fantastic stay at the Tivoli. The hotel is just finishing off its renovations (outside pool) for the summer months but the experience was still fantastic. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was fantastic, The Argo bar was very nice and Glee Cafe is a must. Unfortunately a family member tripped close the hotel and cut their head. All of the staff were very helpful in dealing with the situation. Thank you all. Special mention to Tirza and the hospitality team who treated the family member very kindly and the hospitality team even sent fresh fruit and orange juice to the room. Highly recommended. See you all soon!

We had yet another amazing experience at the Tivoli . The recent renovations have made the hotel even more luxurious. Amazing locationwuth thee best view of the marina. The rooms are exceptional. The food was excellent, great selection at breakfast . The hotel restaurant was an amazing dining experience, amazing food & staff who really deliver first class service. The staff are just outstanding, especially the concierge Helder, he to us is what going that extra mile for all of his guests enhances this already amazing hotel experience. He always has time to chat & also gave great restaurant recommendations & local spots to visit . Can't wait to return hopefully later this year.

Firstly can I say that this is my favorite hotel and we have been going for a number of years now, and always look forward to our stay. This time was different as I was going to be traveling alone for the first time but I had no cause for worry. I returned back to the hotel following the refurb and what can I say - WOW !!! The hotel looks amazing - so light , airy and modern. I didn't think they could make this hotel any better but they did. The rooms are now light and bright with still the high level of luxury we are used to . Breakfast was fantastic as always and the dining room refurb is lovely. From the moment I stepped into the hotel I was treated like returning family, so friendly and caring staff. Special mention to the concierge, reception team and manager, hospitality team and the hotel manager who went out of their way to ensure I was ok during my stay - it was much appreciated . I had booked afternoon tea at Glee for my birthday and that was fantastic - a luxury and exquisite experience I would recommend you all to try. The only one negative but not really a negative was that the outdoor pool and sunbed area were still under construction , but after speaking to the team I was told we could use the beach club sun beds and pool so no real issue. Again I can highly recommend the beach club. The staff couldn't do enough for me and the food was lovely. The landscaping around the pool will be beautiful once done. I had a fantastic break and can't wait to return again later in the year. Note - for anyone considering traveling alone for the first time - do it, you will be fine. So glad I did it.
