Excellent hotel, very good facilies, close to the National Art Gallery in Trafalgar Square and Picadilly Circus. We appreciate the good brakfast service, Maria and Rob were very nice and very attentive to meet our requests. Event if the Rockwell lobby is under refurbishment, we did not feel it due to special attention from the frontdesk service. Ioan

Our first time staying at Trafalgar St James to celebrate my partners birthday, and what a fantastic stay it was! I was in communication with Kurtis via email who was super helpful, responsive and went the extra mile to assist with arranging our stay, to make it special. Lidia was fantastic and after greeting us during check-in, she sent up some Prosecco to set off the birthday celebrations, 5* service! Adrian offered some lovely local recommendations of restaurants and hidden gems to visit in the area. All of the team were attentive and proactive in meeting our needs, making our celebration - one to remember! The breakfast is delicious, and the rooftop bar has tasty food and beautiful views of the city, what more could you want! The location is also great, and close to nearby attractions. The hotel rooms are clean/modern and the gym also has some excellent equipment! Thank you so much to the Trafalgar St James team for taking care of us, and we look forward to staying with you again soon😊

Excellent hotel in a great location for theatre, covent garden or the tube to other parts of london. Lots of sight seeing around this area and great restaurants. Hotel was undergoing some work in the lobby, but this was not disturbing. Rooms were big, unlike most in London these days. The rooftop bar was good, the view is fantastic. Great breakfast - everything you could want. All in all a great stay, more than we would usually pay, but very comfortable. The restaurant is currently closed and a limited food in the bar, but plenty of places to eat nearby
