Always well taken care of. Sets the standard for what a hotel stay should be!
We've stayed many times at this historic and amazing property where the service is unparalleled and the food is even better. Our children felt very special at this hotel as the staff went out of their way to make their stay special. After spending time being out all day, we relaxed each night and slept well. Could not be more excited to return soon!

Great atmosphere- best StRegis I know - super team
Top of Rome - top team and hotel Seldom with > 120 nights travels per year, business and personal, have I found such a great combination of fantastic team and great hotel. Starting from checkin/concierge with great restaurant help, the breakfast team (Elena !! And team), the lunch and dinner team and especially also the bar team. The hotel is so much fun and spirit that is really a home with atmosphere and comfort- not stuffy at all but cool and comfortable. We were there for 5days holiday, but will be back for business hopefully soon. Great StRegis service- but the Rome team tops all other StRegis I know. By far!

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff
Stayed here for a couple of nights, the location is excellent, it is a few minutes (took us less than 10 minutes) walk from the Termini station (airport train and metro / buses). You can then walk to the Trevi fountain in less than 20 minutes, we walked to the Vatican in about 45 minutes (fast walkers), just super well located. The hotel is gorgeous, we had a beautiful superior room (#211) and everything worked, internet was fast and reliable, we were facing the back so very quiet, extremely enjoyable. What made the difference though was the staff, incredibly positive, smiling, always helpful, yet professional, from the check in to the concierge to the breakfast and dinner staff, all wonderful. Breakfast was fabulous, with cooked to order eggs etc and a bountiful buffet. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely return.
