Exceptional
Amazing experience at this hotel, second time staying here. Food at blue jade is 🔥. All staff and service is exceptional from waiters to pool staff. Room attendant Alamin was excellent, and created very sweet animals in towels for by baby boy and fresh roses. Room service is very efficient and milk delivered for my son under 5 mins no matter the time of day💙 highly recommend!!!

Great property, friendly staff, easy access to everything. Above all great room service. Kotha-Muthyam Rohit was very sweet to us along others who provided room service. E we used tennis courts, swimming pool and in room dining, all amenities and services were great

I really loved it. the lunch was really great. I enjoyed the meeting room snacks as well. the view was just amazing. I loved it so much. would definitely come again. Lovely hotel, staff are amazing, As for the most amazing housekeeping team of Abdul, Subra and Saktival . You were the absolute best. All 3 of you were so very attentive all, It’s not too far out from some of DUBAI attractions , which is handy particularly as August as it is so hot. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great location and if you want enjoy your holiday on heart of the city so it is the Ritz-Carlton.
