Spontaneous visit
I am visiting as a guest for the first time at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin and I am delighted, the environment is absolutely wonderful, the service is exceptional and the dinner was one of the best I’ve ever had. A special thanks to the ladies & gentlemen who made it so unique: Nicole Fuchs, Bettina Mueller, Christoph P. Flaggl, Leo, Sara, Franco, Yuval and many others. You made my spontaneous visit in Berlin a special one. Much appreciated 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Berlin's Best Hotel
I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin for a little over a week and everything from the moment I stepped inside to the moment I left was flawless. Was treated to a beautiful welcome amenity and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and just went above and beyond when they didn't have to. The property's location couldn't have been better as it was close to everything (museums, Michelin star restaurants, top attractions, etc.) - I think I took a taxi maybe three times during the entire trip. The guest rooms are beautiful and totally silent as I never heard guests from another room, voices in the hallway, elevators, etc. Highly recommend reserving a room with Club Lounge access as the food and drinks were excellent, however the best part was the staff (Cem, Sara and Mandeep in particular) who were incredibly kind, helpful and always giving their personal suggestions on where to go and what to see. Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin made the difference in having a good and an amazing trip to Berlin. First class hospitality and trip I will never forget!

The best
Wow. Taking back what I said about Bonvoy membership. This hotel blew me away. Got upgraded to a corner suite. But I think, even without the upgrade, this hotel and its staff are just exceptional. Friendly, warm, welcoming. You could feel hospitality at its best whomever I interacted with. They really cared. Highly recommended - and worth every Euro.
