The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal  

My stay at the Ritz Carlton has been amazing! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with outstanding hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Room: The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linen was of a very high standard. The view from my window was breathtaking, offering a perfect view of the beach/pool on one side and the Grand Mosque on the other. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality toiletries, making it feel like a luxury experience. Best of all a "proper" toweling robe. Amenities: The hotel’s amenities are first-class. The pool area was pristine, beds very clean, bottled water constantly replenished and the free lolly ice was the cherry on the cake. Dining: The food was phenomenal! I had dinner at all the restaurants and the dishes were deliciously. Breakfast each morning was an amazing spread with so many options, you were spoilt for choice. The service was always prompt and friendly. Staff: The staff was the highlight of my stay. They were attentive, thoughtful, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. A big shout out to the following team members who were so helpful: Saber, Mijana Restaurant Zin, Li Jang Restaurant Ranjit and Bowan, Giornotte My stay exceeded my expectations and will now becoming my second home when visiting Abu Dhabi.

What can I say, sheer luxury. Just can’t fault anything apart from I wish they would turn AC bit low in restaurants so you can enjoy your meal. Staff from front to pool area are so friendly and they really make your holiday memorable. Front door staff Aqib and his colleague always welcomed us with a smile and cold bottle of water ready for us. Nothing was too much and always ready to help. In the foyer they also served traditional Arabic coffee which was lovely and also dates filled with orange, almond and chocolate coated. Sorry can’t remember the name of person serving this, but he had a beautiful smile. Pool at this hotel is so big and what can I say about the staff there. From Rajinth, Rafiq, Samir and other were so helpful and always ready with our towels, water and face towel. Rajinth always made a point of coming over to say hello and chat, so did Rafiq and Samir. Only issue encountered was couple of times our room was not cleaned until afternoon.

We arrived early from Heathrow on Ethiad airways and check in was quick, efficient and offered a room straight away. The rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Showers were excellent with good cosmetics. Balcony was nice with views of the resort and the grand canal. Room service was great. The hotels architecture was amazing and grand with an Italian theme. The hotel lobby was big and it felt special being there with all the great decor and lighting. The pool area was clean, spacious with lots of staff on hand. All the pool staff were very courteous and polite, they ensured our sun loungers were all set up for us after breakfast, so huge thanks to all of them. Everyone around the pool was offered freshly made ice lollies most days which was a very nice gesture. Kids loved the Ritz kidz, the kids club, and again staff were very friendly. Breakfast: top notch buffet in terms of selection and quality, really impressed. The coffee was so good. The Buffet for evening dinner again was endless with great quality, very impressed. The steak restaurant again was so good. We had the chicken a few times and Iv got to say it was the best Iv had with all the veg and sauces. The staff again were so friendly and made us feel comfortable. The Asian restaurant although was good, however we preferred the others. I went for a jog around the lovely grounds in the mornings and were kept clean. The gym was very good with sauna and steam. My two young kids loved it, the pool was big enough to accommodate all guests. We met One of the managers Fabrizio Bosco who always made sure that everything was ok with us and ensure everything was catered for, especially for our kids, who still ask about him. He was very approachable, professional and friendly and I think this shows throughout with all the staff. Overall, very impressed and looking to go back soon.
