This is a long overdue appreciation post for the Pierre Hotel in NYC and the extraordinary Ana Pavloska, the front desk manager. We finally returned to the Pierre last fall after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic. The Pierre was and is our favorite hotel in NYC. We didn't know what to expect after being away so long. Would the wonderful staff still be there? Would the Pierre still feel like our home away from home in NYC? We were relieved and happy to see so many friendly faces from the doormen to the wonderful elevator attendants to the front desk and concierge staff. The staff of the Pierre give the hotel its warmth and its heart. They make it such a special place. Ana Pavloska, in particular, took such wonderful care of me and my family. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home. We so appreciated her sincerity, her competency and her professionalism. She was a big part of our successful return to the Pierre. We look forward to seeing Ana and all of our friends at the Pierre in the months and years ahead. The Pierre truly is the best hotel in NYC!
I love staying at the Pierre because they truly make you feel like family and that you are home. The staff are always friendly and courteous and cannot do enough for you and the amenities are lovely. This is my fifth year staying at the Pierre for an event and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
it was my first time at The Pierre NYC and it was a very nice surprise. the location is very central and you can walk everywhere. the room are silent, comfortable, have a lot of space and a comfortable bathroom and awesome amenities. but service are remarkable considering quality efficiency and kindness of the team. housekeeping deserves a “great”. the bar is also good and breakfast as well.
