The Pearl Hotel was an excellent choice for us as a family, the location a short distance from Times Square next to the Ambassador theatre. Check in staff were kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our room was of ample size and had 2 queen beds. Shower was powerful and we had nice toiletries which were replenished daily. Breakfast was self service and there was always a good choice of bagels, toast, sweet treats and drinks and the staff were helpful if you needed anything else. We also asked the hotel to store our bags on our last day which they were happy to do for us as we had a late flight.

I love this hotel. For theater-goers, it has the best location. I walked everywhere I wanted to go except the Met and Whitney. The room was a good size, big enough to hang with friends in. The bathroom had a great shower and nice toiletries. Housekeeping and front desk staff were great. My only two minor complaints are: the mattress seemed a little hard and the tv was a little small. I will stay here on my next trip to NYC.

We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at The Pearl Hotel. My husband and I stayed four nights in November 2022. The location is very convenient to theaters and other sights, but is on a pretty quiet street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wine hour was nice. Breakfast was sufficient, with several food choices and good coffee. The room was clean and comfortable.
