Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel; attentive, kind, knowledgeable, fantastic staff; easy to get to beach and use pool; staff is truly unique; everything was very clean; food was delicious. I was very impressed by just about every aspect of the hotel and their service.

An exceptional hotel experience
This hotel surpassed all expectations. Beautiful location, easy beach access, lovely pool, comfortable bedding and cozy robes. Staff were exceptional. Shout out to Mauricio at the tiki bar making the best mojitos I've ever had. Will definitely come back if ever in Miami again.

We booked through Amex the Hotel Collection. We are very disappointed about the employees at the reception. We asked for a late check out - 4 pm, cause our flight is at 8 pm. First the told us that they can offer only a late check out at 1 pm, after we complained they told us that we can check out at 2 pm. Although there are several available rooms ( we checked it on their website and after telling them this they confirmed 😡) but despite it, they were not able to offer a check out at 4 pm. They treated us very impolite as well as when we checked in as well as when we had questions. The room was prepared only two persons although we booked the room for 4 persons ( towels, coffe cups, bathrobe etc). We stayed several days at Conrad by Hilton, Fort Lauderdale, which we can highly recommend, everyone was amazing and very accommodating, we got a great upgrade, an early check in and a late check out at Conrad by Hilton CONRAD. The Palms Hotel & Spa could not offer us a room upgrade.
