Convenient location
It’s a very nice hotel with spacious clean room. The location is convenient- not far from the main strip but we still took a taxi to get there as it is bit too far to walk. There is a casino on site and a lot of restaurants to choose from but is also a pharmacy and shop nearby. The staff is helpful and polite. Unfortunately due to the windy weather the pool was closed. If you enjoy night life than this hotel with casino is definitely for you!

Liberty at the Palms!
The Palms is an amazing property as they've persevered and flourished. The staff is amazing especially Liberty who is quick with the drinks and always with a smile. Great dining options, pools and theaters. So many reasons to just stay on property

Kind customer service from Haben!
Haben (at the front desk) was such a kind person and he went the extra mile to get me a complimentary upgrade for my birthday! I was so happy and surprised! His effort made all of the difference in my trip. Instead of being in the old tower we were able to go to the new one.
