The Palms Casino Resort

Full disclosure: I booked a King bedroom way in advance of my stay. I was initiatlly given a room configuration that didn't match my order. Mistakes happen. I am much more willing to forgive, forget and recommend staying at The Palms, because Muhammad went out of his way to correct the error. Then, when I was in need of additional assistance, Noah R., was extremely gracious with his offering to help me beyond what his normal duty would be. I would like to thank and show appreciation towards all the staff who work at The Palms thru this review. You are awesome and live up to what Las Vegas hospitality standards should be. I will stay here again. 😉

Went for a locals evening out and had Tracy as my bartender for some drinks and she was amazing. We need more like her in Vegas. Brings me back to the good old days of Vegas with her hospitality. Makes me want to have more great times like these .. will be spending a lot more time at the palms because of staff like her.

Upon checking in, I realized I had left my phone in the Uber that drove me over to the palms. When I shared my problem with Patty, Ira, and Charlie, they were totally committed to finding a solution to my dilemma, since I didn’t have a phone and couldn’t call the Uber driver. After a half hour unsuccessfully trying to connect they were even more committed to making sure that my trip was not ruined by losing my phone. 30 minutes later after they had made contact with the driver, my phone was returned even though they were all extremely busy. They all had a wonderful attitude, and were going to give their best effort to help one of their guests. They tried several different avenues to reach Uber, where many others would have just given up. I have traveled for over four decades, and their effort and commitment was some of the best I’ve ever seen.
