The Oasis by Don Carlos Resort – Adults Only

My husband had planned a special weekend for my birthday at Don Carlos. There was a little misunderstanding at the start but from the moment we brought it to the management's attention it was attended to in the most professional and personal way. Special thanks to Daniella Davis and Johanna Medina who ensured my husband and I were treated like VIP guests. It was such a memorable weekend, we still often talk about it. I have travelled around the world and this experience is definintelyone of the best I've ever had. Many thanks to all!

I’ve visited the Spa with my husband yesterday and it was divine! We love the place and it has the perfect spa amenities, very clean, and luxurious facilities. What a great way to disconnect and to relax. Yesenia was so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very profesional. I love how they look after you from checking in to the spa until you leave plus the special detail which was the little cakes and fresh juices. Lovely massage done by Eva she is a true profesional she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed at all times and the full body massage is a must to try! Yesenia Maria and Aurora all attended me very professionally at the reception and were very kind.
