The Ned

Sept 13. My 50th birthday . 2 night stay I have stayed at the Ned on 3 different occasions and it is safe to say I won’t be back . Every time there is a issue that the staff refuse to except , this time at 430pm our room was not cleaned I called down to be told I had to request cleaning , utter nonsense , never in all my life have I ever had to request a room to be cleaned in a 5 star hotel . The music is my reason for going to the Ned , the lobby is amazing , but again the staff are slow, uninterested and have to be asked to remove empty glasses from the table . Basic standards ! The first night we ate in Millie’s , 4 people got there dinner while 2 sat for another 10 mins waiting , again no apology ! We ate in the Asian restaurant on the second night which was very nice . The music is what makes the Ned! The staff however do not ! Won’t return for that reason !

We had an amazing stay here. The rooms and facilities are amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area is gorgeous with fluffy bathrobes and comfy beds to relax on. Everywhere is well kept and spotlessly clean. Can’t wait to return.

Took a chance and booked the Ned on line after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. Exceeded expectations! Room was great. Service was exceptional! Location was perfect for us and easy to get around on foot and see what London has to offer. Check in was a bit slow but thanks to management we were able to secure an upgrade. Room was very well appointed and elevator service excellent. Staff goes out of the way to accommodate all requests regarding our stay. Fitness center was very well put together. Highly recommend! Traveled with four (4) friends and we all felt the same way!
