Well below par.
The Hotel is depressing. Dark and dingy. The room was dirty and furniture and walls cracked. The thermostat, safe and two lights in need of repair. Place should be closed or condemned. The resort fee was a joke. It provides no real benefits. No complimentary water in the entire hotel. Entire hotel in need of renovation

Home away from home
We have enjoyed our stays at the Michelangelo since 2003. The hotel is conveniently located and is staffed with extraordinary professionals. The doormen, the bellmen, front desk and lounge staff are most accommodating. The lobby and lounge areas are a quiet oasis from the hustle outdoors. We always have an enjoyable visit.

Quiet hotel right by the theater district!
Great location to all the tourist attractions. Will definitely return. The staff was really great! So friendly. Shoutout to Edwin and Teddy for making us feel even more welcome! Will definitely return for another stay when we return to NYC!
