Communication with this hotel is terrible!! They do not answer any emails. I have a problem with the deposit, 400 USD, and I have sent them 3 emails asking when the deposit would be booked back to my creditcard. I still have not received any response. Before our stay I also sent them some emails with questions about parking, but only after emailing 3/4 times I got a short response. We booked 2 nights in August for 2 rooms. In the first room the airconditioning did not work, also after replacing a battery because it said 'low battery'. We then changed to another room in which the television did not work at all and many of the sockets did not function. The airconditioning did work but made a lot of noise. The upkeep of the rooms is bad and so is the WIFI. The only positive thing at this hotel is the restaurant (which is not owned by the hotel). The food there is excellent!

Adorable hotel with extra friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Perfectly located in great, fully renovated art deco building. Beautiful restaurant inside. Only downside is no pool but if that’s not a necessity, it’s perfect. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

I Booked a room in The Marlin Hotel Miami, through reliable soure Booking.com. I booked superior deluxe suites from 30th June 2024 to 3rd July 2024. At the time of Check Inn Mr.John receptionist refused me to provide room as per my booking and he told me he has small room and the as per my booking is not available and his behave was very rudely. I send lot of messages and email to booking.com but they didn't reply me. As per my request The Marlin Hotel cancel my booking and ensure me Booking.com will return my money without any deduction After this I booked another Hotel and shifted my family there. No 15 days gone, still I am sending messages & email to Booking.com but they are not replying me as well as still they didn't return my payment in my credit card. My recommendation is will not book room through Booking.com as well as Donot book room in The Marlin Hotel Miami, because they will not provid you room as per your booking.
