Friendly and helpful staff; Marcel, Nana, and Paula were amazing and so helpful with every need or questions we had! They always greeted us with a smile and would take the time to talk to us and we never were made to feel a bother. The morning we arrived it was pouring rain out and we needed an umbrella, so Marcel was kind enough to run upstairs to lend me one from our room that was awaiting for us to check in. We had problems with our tv internet connection one evening and Nana went above and beyond to help us by calling the manager at night to see what could be done and he was kind enough to come in and get it fixed. Paula was always so friendly and kind every morning we were there! They honestly help make this boutique hotel far more inviting than a large commercial hotel. A nicely appointed lobby; very clean, smells wonderful, nice size rooms; comfortable bedding; plenty of storage; beautiful and spacious bathroom with huge rainfall shower stall; huge king size bed with extra queen size sofa bed; complimentary water bottles daily; nespresso machine in room: we’ll decorated with 2 tvs; plenty of space for a family of 3-5; lots of lighting in rooms; walking distance to just about everything and only a block away from the beach. We will definitely return!!
From our arrival the staff were excellent and extremely accommodating as we arrived off a cruise early. The room was very comfortable and nice decor very modern and everything we needed. On departure they looked after the cases till we left for the airport - overall an excellent hotel
A lovely art deco hotel in a perfectly situated location on South Beach. A block away from Ocean Drive and the beach, and a short walk to Espanola Way and Lincoln Rd. The room was very nice and immaculate, except the view of the dirty back alley. The front desk personnel were professional, but could have been a little more pleasant and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we will return to the Marlin.
