Glass Bathroom Doors in 2x Twin Room
Me and my girlfriend stayed here when we came to London for the Eras Tour. We loved the neighborhood of the hotel, so many great shops and places to eat, plus it was close to Bond St station which was great for getting to both Heathrow and Wembley, and anywhere else in London really. The staff was amazing as well, truly very friendly and accommodating… this hotel felt very safe, clean, and special. One major problem was that we booked a two twin bed room, and the bathroom door was glass and located in the middle of the room. There was ZERO privacy. We hung large towels on the door, which also had large gaps (no lock or latch) to help give a little bit of privacy but it was a bit awkward. Good thing we are besties, but even if I were traveling with my husband I prefer a little bit of cover when I’m using the toilet. This is terrible design, and I hope they consider replacing them at some point …. Especially in a 2x twin room!

Great experience!
Super nice hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had an offer with breakfast included, it was great value for money, very good buffet with many choices. Room is very nice, could have been a bit bigger but it was not tiny as we see nowadays. Location is incredible!

Best staff ever
I had the best experience of staff especially from SILFA /DHRUV I had a problem with my reservation and the room They Did what ever they can to help me I think this hotel is working because of the Great staff and the good location Thank you guys for your help and good hospitality .💐
