Wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Stayed for 6 night in Sept 2022 and don’t plan on returning. Unfortunately we had to be moved rooms 3 times due to cleanliness issues. The one reason for the 2* and not 1* is because the staff did agree there was a problem and moved us without hassle. Bugs, hair, dust, dirty bed sheets just to name a few of the issues we came across. Wouldn’t normally leave reviews however the poor customer service on return home (sent from hotel via travel agent and then direct from myself to the hotel) and the £37.20 “good will” compensation we got for a 6 night stay for 2 people encouraged me to do so. Would strongly advise against staying at this hotel and wish I has someone to tell me this before I booked.

The worst! I don't know what's up with this place but it's awful. The rooms are tiny... like New York sized rooms. The bathroom just had a sliding barn door with no lock, the hallways are really dark (one small light every 5 or 6 rooms) and the ceilings were low (in 5'4" and I could reach the ceiling with my hands). Called the front desk for help because the picture of the room did not look that small and was blown off by a very rude young lady (she said "maybe you should be calling your booking company to find out why their pictures are wrong instead of calling us). My booking company then tried to reach them with no success (apparently customer service closes at 4pm... which is check in time) and we finally ended up waiting in a very long line at the check in desk where we got similar, huffy and irritated treatment. I finally asked for a refund willing to risk a higher price somewhere else last minute rather than stay there. They did refund us but not until we waited in a different line staffed by... nobody. Apparently if it's your break time, you just walk away for 15 minutes and all the people in line wait for that 15 minutes until you return. Everybody in line was soon irritated. Never again. Terrible.

we booked two rooms here at the start of feb 2023 as the price point with flights and hotel through BA where good never been to this hotel before but knew it was meant to be a rowdy in feb it wasnt at all easy check in and out resort fees are around $45 per night per room but they are all similar car parking $18 per night the room we had was more than big enough in district 3 over looking the pool area it was spotless clean and the bed was amazing so so comfy we slept in later every morning lol all in all it was perfect for the price point the location is spot on also comes straight out onto the linq promanade which is a great place to hang out and eat etc and then 5 mins walk you are on the strip perfect
