Close, but no cigar.
We went expecting a five star experience, and in the main we received it. The suite was stunning, the service top-class, and the service next level. Unfortunately the food did not achieve the same quality level. We ordered the seafood platter which required an extra cost, and it was tasteless and unappetizing. If the food was as five star as everything else this might have been a great experience.

Too expensive for what you get
Everything was average and not wat we expected. The breakfast was good but nothing special. The dinner is included and was very average. The fish dishes were also very average. The beach and location is nice. I would not go back there as it was rather expensive and very average. If you run such an establishment the attention to details from the staff and manager (we did not see one!) are key, and unfortunately failed to impress.

Best hotel in Cape Town
Turndown service included a crème brulle left on the bed! Does service get any better than that! Simply the best spot to stay in Cape Town. Amazing location and amazing service. Couldn't fault anything and will definitely try and find an excuse to come back!
