Slice of paradise, with amazing service
Staying at the Landmark was an exceptional experience. The staff were amazing and professional. Ana checked us in and was extremely professional and polite. Josh blew us away with his hospitality and kindness. The high tea was the best we've had in London (having been to many of the best rated ones already) and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I'd highly recommend this little slice of paradise.

Wedding party
The dinner service on the first night in the Winter Gardens was poor. Hotel should add tv information in rooms & more lift signs! Kamal Vlad and Jorge were utterly outstanding as our wedding staff.
