The Knickerbocker has a great vibe! IT’s location At Times Square and Bryant Park is perfect! Concierge was actually wonderful and led me to a new favorite-Zuckers for a catering delivery and a bagel/sandwich shop just a block away! The staff from front desk, even making the reservation arrangements were too-notch service! Loved the interaction with Paula at check in, Brandon at checkout, and everyone in between- Jimmy at bell service upon arrival and KJ and Marcelo especially at departure for bag storage and getting cab service to JFK. Rooms clean and modern, bathrooms spacious, ample closet space and amenities galore! This is a Highgate run LHW property that has really done a great job with meeting expectations, from the facilities, to the staff and the food and beverage offerings at bountiful breakfast buffet on 4th floor to rooftop bar and lounge for a little nosh, was very pleasant! The staff is very professional, true hospitality - both passionate and knowledgeable and so friendly - I loved my stay and I will be back! I completely recommend The Knickerbocker - it is so convenient to all parts of the city - I walked to midtown to visit an account of mine, ordered bagels from Zuckers around the corner (recommended by the wonderful concierge, Stefania who was knowledgeable and walked back even from Bellini on the West End /Waterline Square - easy access to Times Square, Broadway, and Avenue of the Americas-a straight shot to Grand Central Station! So conveniently located, short cab ride to Cipriani Downtown. It snowed that night but coming back to the warmth of the hotel from the staff made you feel safe at right at home! Walked to Gotham Hall with ease! The hotel is great and it was a very comfortable, clean, friendly property and a nice place to call home for the four days in The City! I’d like to stay here on my next visit to NYC!

Gania and Houcine made our stay a pleasure!! Amazing attitude and attention. Every day, a smile received us and made us feel like home. The cold outside was compensated with the kindness of them. This hotel will be my choice for the next visit to New York.

My mom, my sisters and I booked a last-minute getaway to NYC, and we chose the Knickerbocker to host us for the long weekend. We were met with considerate staff, clean amenities, and access to a wonderful hotel. We've since recommended the hotel to other friends who plan on visiting New York and hope they choose the Knickerbocker as their place of residence.
