The hotel was in the center of everything , very nice and clean, beds are very comfortable. If Diana at concierge is there, she will make everything 10 times easier. She is super helpful and super kind, also very knowledgeable. She makes a real difference at this hotel. I would return to this hotel.

The Junior Suite was a perfect size for two people with big cases. Plenty of room to spread out. Barbara checked us is and she was very welcoming. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. We were initially worried about being so close to Time Square but the rooms for incredibly silent. The only complaint I have is the noise coming from other guest closing their doors. That could be noisy at times. The little cafe downstairs was a bonus as well.

The Knickerbocker Hotel certainly lived up to its reputation, and the location in Times Square could not have been more convenient for NY visitors. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, and our meal in Charlie Palmers was superb. If I had one very minor issue it would be the replenishment of the in-room coffee making facilities, but that in no way detracted from the overall experience, which was first class.
