Girls night out
We went to the botanicals for a boogie Saturday night as was told it was a good venue. Well very disappointed, the DJ wouldn't take requests, only played his music, there was only a couple of people on the dance floor, he wasn't bothered as he was enjoying his music. Saw several people ask for more up tempo songs and his reply was, there's plenty of time for that. We were there for 2 hours constantly requesting song but none were played. He didn't know who Shakira or jlo were. Won't be bothering again, yet another franchise in that space that will fail. If i was the manager I'd be asking my customers what they wanted!!

Nice views - food could be better.
We stayed in this hotel for one night, the hotel was very spacious, it even had a walk in closet which was great for people who are staying for a while. The staff was very nice and helpful, the only let down was the food, there wasn’t much options or even a breakfast menu. Also the service was slow! The location and views at this hotel is really nice!

Royal clifton hotel southport terrible not worth 1 star
Spent 2 nights room okish been so called refurbished booked in early on the 6july went down to the reception asking were evening meal was they said its at a sister hotel maid complaint over this ad partner is semi disabled and needs a wheelchair We guess what they are totally deff said they told me b sh.t food not fit for a dog we tried to eat it but UCK went out to get something my advice leave the hotel and the britannia group ALONE mike smith
