Great service
Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Harpreet at the front entrance was extremely helpful - he helped me get a taxi quickly and gave me the history of the hotel while we waited. Great service for afternoon tea as well.

Fullerton Hotel Singapore - Straits Club
We booked a Straits Club Quay room at the Fullerton Hotel, Singapore. This trip was our first overseas trip away since COVID. Had access to Straits Club floor which offered breakfast, pm tea and evening drinks. Food and drinks were fantastic, and we enjoyed the occasional champagne at breakfast! Staff at the club floor were, without exception, polite, friendly, helpful with day trip suggestions and nothing was too much trouble. Kudos to Club floor staff - Crystal, Jacob, Warren, Lucy, Ryan and Zep for their wonderful service. The Club Quay room offered lovely views of the Singapore River and historical buildings and was serviced daily to a high standard by housekeeping staff. All in all, the Fullerton is a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

Great hotel and staff.
Great location and facilities. Amazing front office and concierge staff. FOM Mr Ali was very professional and courteous. Nice bloke he is. Overall I would rate this 5 star. Breakfast was also good although the French toast was a bit disappointment.
