The Cove Eleuthera

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing trip, this is as good as any place around. Great accommodations and the overall environment is perfect. View is world class and staff is engaging and helpful. The pace is slow and conducive to relaxation. Go explore other points on the island to add to the adventure.

The oceanfront rooms are really the best choice. The grounds are picturesque and the ocean is beautiful. The Freedom Restaurant was fantastic for breakfast lunch and dinner. Chef Adam and his staff really made our visit memorable. Joey at the sushi bar is incredibly talented and all the meals we enjoyed were perfectly fresh and healthy. I can’t say enough about how wonderful all the staff were for our visit. The Cove exceeded our expectations!

I think this resort could be way better. The setting is beautiful and the luxury cottages are stellar. comfortable beds, excellent climate control, great water pressure and super close to the beach/water. Other parts of the resort need some TLC... paint, updating, more plants and ambient lights for walking at night. Food is really ... really.. expensive. Yes, you're on vacation.. splurge... but when breakfast all in cost $90... it better be amazing. The staff overall is really good. Most of the younger staff need cultivating and are at baseline nice. Housekeeping needs to be better. I'd call to ask for towels because they were not replenished and I received no response until the next day. Perhaps my issues may seem small, but the cost of this resort are not cheap and you should expect things to be perfect. I think there's a lot of potential here, but realize they are still a work in progress.
