Luxurious hotel with incredible staff. We stayed 5 nights and every morning Mr. Pagadala, Breakfast Manager, greeted us by name. Service was swift, friendly, and attentive…it was obvious that all staff were happy to be there, a sign of excellent management. Breakfast was the perfect start of our day. One morning, my husband spoke with Seble about different coffees and the next morning she brought us a bag of Ethiopian coffee. How thoughtful and generous! Additionally, we found the location very convenient for walking as well as public transport to museums and plays (also the new Elizabeth metro line to/from the airport).

The hotel is fantastic, clean, care about their guests they did everything to make us happy super early check in (6hours) , we didnt like our room so we viewed 4 and picked the perfect one. Ahmed was great all around always asking if we needed anything more. I would say the only negative would be the food at the restaurants.

We had absolutely the most wonderful stay at the Biltmore Mayfair. If hotels have a personality, then this is by far and away the quintessential. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, we were treated like we were special. Everyone was so friendly and anxious to help and were there to make our visit extraordinary. The highlight of each day was breakfast. This was without a doubt one of the very best hotel breakfasts we have ever had and it was made even more special by the restaurant’s super amazing staff. It just doesn’t get any better than when you are greeted by Anna at the hostess stand promptly at 7:00 a.m. and served by two of the very best, Anastasiia and Oksana. And we cannot forget to mention Florinela, Seble and Faisa. They were all so welcoming and engaging. Robert Shorter and Osama Shahid, the concierges, were so helpful in keeping us from getting off track in London during our daily walking excursions. Francis Holder, butler extraordinaire, gave us a very special tour of the hotel. And although we did not get their names, we want to recognize the lobby cocktail servers who were so beautifully dressed. In fact, the entire staff was especially smartly dressed. The front desk was most helpful and accommodating. Lastly, to the General Manager, we congratulate you on not only having the best dressed staff, but also the most personable and helpful. Your entire team made our first trip to London a very special as well as spectacular visit. We would be remiss in failing to mention that our room was lovely. Thank you housekeeping. The entire hotel, including the flowers in the lobby, is gorgeous. But again, it is the staff that makes the Biltmore extraordinary. We really can’t wait to return. A big thank you to all of you!
