We loved it from the first moment. Cool, though family vibe. We screwed up the arrival date when booking and arrived a day later and the front office manager Hendrik and Esra from reception accommodated us as good as the could. Good was top, service lovely and we have really nothing to criticise. The owner Leads an initiative to keep Ocean Drive closed two blocks and it makes all the difference ! I really hope they other Hotels keep supporting this idea. This strip is now so calm yet active, an absolute pleasure and for us another reason to come back
The front desk staff Jackie and Fitzer were great at check in. Juan was excellent as our bell guy. The food at the LT was good especially the bread and drinks. Hotel has an interesting layout and good spaces for relaxing. Room was small but comfortable, our room was a little musty smelling but it could be because of the humidity. Highly recommend the location and it’s on the quiet end of South Beach. Great stay
We stayed at the Tony hotel for two nights pre cruise and decided to eat at Betsy’s restaurant on our last evening. This is a class restaurant situated in the Betsy hotel on Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. The menu was extensive and the service excellent as you would expect from a fine dining establishment. I had prime rib and my wife fillet mignonette. Both were excellent, cooked to perfection and beautifully served with accompaniaments. We were glad we did not have starters as the meal was sufficient. A bottle of Malbec was reasonably priced. Beautiful meal and experience but expect to pay around $100 per season including wine ant service.
