Great food, service and vive
The Betsy South Beach Miami Beach Great vibe and great service. Great server. Attentive but unobtrusive Made us feel very welcome. Food was superb. Nice take on crab cakes and flat bread. Bit of a glitch on steak but was handled well. We felt like we had been invited into someone's home. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience
The location is excellent and the staff is really helpful. We got there early and we got the room immediately and were able to get to the beach. Breakfast is a la carte and not included but the quality of the food is so high that it deserves to be paid its value.They offered complimentary water bottles in the room and again during the day and when leaving. They helped us in organising our day out. In particular Driss and Fritzner at the reception desk were great. We will surely come back next time in Miami

The location on Ocean Drive is unbeatable – you’re steps from the beach and in the heart of the action, yet the hotel feels like a peaceful escape. But what really sets The Betsy apart is the personal touch from its owner, Jonathan. His passion for hospitality, art, and culture radiates throughout the hotel. Jonathan’s love for dogs is another special touch that adds so much charm to The Betsy. His family’s affection for dogs is woven into the experience, making The Betsy feel even more like home. Dogs are welcomed with open arms, and their presence adds to the warm, inviting vibe of the hotel. You can often find Jonathan’s own dogs around the property, making it even more special for pet lovers. Staying at The Betsy isn’t just a luxury – it’s an experience filled with heart, community, and charm!
