Temptation Cancun Resort

The staff on the resort was amazing. Cleaning crew (especially Juan) and our bell man Adrian Vazquez was beyond amazing!!! Extremely attentive and caring and he went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during our entire stay. It definitely helped that he was such a cutie… I really miss his beard though 😉. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully by then he’ll have his beard back too!

Let me start off by saying this was my 5th trip at Temptation, my 3rd NYE celebration and I am a Premiere Member so I have invested a lot of money at this resort since 2021. My most recent trip was absolutely horrifying. I was there for NYE and for the most part, I had an excellent time. With that being said, on my last night there was an issue at the pool as it was closing with my husband and 3 other guests. There was a single guy who was completely rude and disrespectful all day. As the pool was closing, this individual walked by and pushed into a friend of mine. There was no one else around so there was more than enough room to pass us but he decided to be obnoxious and as if he wanted to start trouble but we didn't feed into it and brushed it off bc he appeared drunk. A few minutes later, after we packed our items to go back the room, you can see that he started with another individual and got into a heated argument. As we were passing by, my husband and the other male friend(the friend who was pushed before) decided to step in and separate them resulting in the drunk guy trying to fight my husband and our friend. My husband tried to defend himself and finally security decided to step in. Everyone was separated by the security. They escorted my husband back to the room and said they were throwing us out of the hotel claiming that my husband tried to hit one of the security guards which was completely false. There are so many cameras on the property and we pleaded for them to watch footage to prove that this was untrue but they refused and said we had 10 minutes to pack our belongings or they were going to call the police. I was trying to change into my clothes and they refused to allow us to close the door and I had to change in front of security. I kept pleading & crying bc we had 1 night left but they kept threatening to call the cops if we didn't pack fast enough. We had to pack a week's worth of belongings in 10 minutes. It was absolutely humiliating. We had nowhere to go but they did not care, they just wanted us off the property. With the amount of money we have spent on all of our trips and the Premiere membership, we were treated like complete TRASH. With everyone that was involved, we were the only 2 to be thrown out of the hotel. I have never been so disrespected and humiliated.

The staff and people make this resort our home away from home. The food could be better which is why 4 stars instead of 5. Shout out to the best butler Ivan, bartender Victor, and waiter Cristian. I recommend a room in the tower and bringing outfits for all the theme nights!
