Almost perfect
Lovely rooms, staff, plentiful areas to enjoy the stunning coastline and water. Breakfast buffet great but for us, the evening buffet fell short. A couple of fresh grills seving freshly cooked fish and meat would make it more special, when it's left to keep warm on a buffet it looses it's appeal.

Filoxenia in its truest sense
Truly fantastic from start to finish. This is a fantastic 5 star hotel where each and every guest are truly cared about (but not in an overbearing kind of way). The hospitality we received was impeccable, with so many complimentary gifts, we felt spoiled. The restaurants are fantastic and the wine list varied. Breakfast is idyllic served in the shade of the trees overlooking the ocean. We were upgraded to a 3 person villa which exceeded our expectations and would be a wonderful base for a family/small group. The location is great, being only a short taxi ride into Agios Nikolas and Elounda. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for demonstrating the true meaning of filoxenia.

Luxury wedding venue!
We were lucky enough to have our wedding at St Nicolas Bay Resort. We stayed for 2 weeks at the hotel, and we couldn’t feel more looked after. The luxury we experienced, from the pools, to the restaurants, to the impeccable staff is beyond compare! I cannot recommend Mr Alex & his team enough. They made sure that our wedding was seamless, and all our guests were treated with the utmost respect. Such a high standard of service! For anyone looking for a Cretan wedding venue, we would highly recommend St Nicolas Bay. You get a level of luxury that is unmatched across the island. The food was excellent, and they catered for all tastes and ages. They provided all necessary contacts for florists/photographer & DJ to make the process as easy and smooth as possible for us, given that we were planning this from the UK. I cannot recommend their service enough! Thank you Alex & team, we cannot wait to come back and relive our happy memories!
