The Sofitel Paris Baltimore Eiffel Tower is a wonderful and charming hotel! The courteous and helpful staff creates a personal experience that makes your stay feel very special. The restaurant recommendations by the concierge are simply divine and memorable! A heartfelt thank you to Wenceslas, Emilien, Jamal, and Fanny. We can’t wait to stay with them again!

The staff was very judgy from the moment we arrived. I booked a superior room yet was given a standard room. When I questioned it i was told oh yeah that is a superior room. We are from California so we dress casual and it seemed the Sofitel felt we did not belong.. Obviously we did because we were there paying a premium price for the hotel, but the staff treated other guest more trendy dressed you could say better. The room was extremely small no iron available and shower pressure was low. We needed help finding something for our Disney trip the next day and a staffer behind the check in/out area ignored us totally. Every morning while headed to breakfast we were looked at like why are you still here. Honestly a horrible experience! I expected much better for what I payed... The staff needs to learn to not judge a book by it's cover and treat everyone like a guest in their house... leave their judgment out of it...

Fantastic staff at reception, concierge and bar! Friendly and always ready to help! The hotel is very well located and surrounded by multiple cafes. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was my experience with the breakfast. Disorganised, not much variety and on the last morning after requesting from the menu a cooked breakfast, the waiter brought a plate with some of the items and told us to help ourselves from the buffet for the items that were missing. I never heard of a 5 star hotel that requested you to get items of a cooked dish from the buffet. I would still stay there again as I can get breakfast on one of the cafes nearby.
