Faultless service from the professional and welcoming team (especially the PM shift)
Having stayed at a number of 5 star hotels in Dubai and the region, I have to say that the service received at the Sofitel is on another level. The PM shift really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my room and were wonderfully attentive throughout my stay. Special mention to Lakpa for taking the time to show us around the facilities, Princess and Saida from the front desk and Rabo for helping ensure we got everything we needed out of our stay. If you want luxury facilities, food and service look no further than Sofitel. I would also recommend the beach suite, great views and amazing space on the balcony so you can really enjoy your time in the sun.

Very nice hotel for a relaxing stay
Our second time in the Sofitel Dubai The Palm. We booked the same room category (deluxe palm view with a nice and big balcony). Very good housekeeping service-thank you to Venkat who was always there to serve us. Nice beach - service could be a bit faster over there but clean and friendly staff. Great restaurants. My favorite place is the Porterhouse Stakehouse. Thank you to Tek and his Team for a great and welcoming service! Great overall experience and I hope to return some time again! Only thing that corona be better: taking more care of dressing policy in the restaurants and no smoking during breakfast and in certain places on the beach.
