Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach

For a 5-star luxury hotel, the Sofitel JBR has a lot of room for improvement in terms of furnishings, ambience, rooms and pool. An adjustment should be made urgently in order to maintain the 5 star level. However, what must be mentioned here is that the entire Sofitel staff gives the hotel 5 stars and more!!! At the hotel check-in at night you will be first greeted by the charming and nice Ms. Divya. Our stay at the Sofitel took place during the period from 28.07.24 till 19.08.24 in room 603. Our room was very clean and everything was replenished daily and in multiple copies so we exactly got the room as requested in advance. The service in the restaurant "AOC" under the management of Mr. Sandeep Kumar is surpassed. Since I walk on crutches and require a certain level of comfort, my stay was made more than perfect. The team around Mr. Sandeep Kumar, especially Mr. Shubham Desai (appreciated your glutenfree breakfast and all your efforts) and Mr. Naveen James (perfect dinner in time and great conversations), took amazing care of us. Our table was always done and ready. Everything went in time, as ordered and more tasty than expected. The entire team matched flawless and there wasn't a single wish that wasn't fulfilled immediately and with a smile. They always had an eye on us and all the other guests. Perfect doesn't even come close to describing it! Mr. Sandeep Kumar is an extraordinary leader. He leads his team kindly, grooms his employees, extends his hand to them and he acts with a certain degree of humor, which is reflected in the friendly aura of the employees, regardless of whether it is the pretty ladies at the reception desk with good mood, the cooks and bakers in the kitchen or the employees directly in the restaurant. There is a harmony there at eye level, which can be easily judged after a 3-week stay. We had long and funny conversations, which created a nice atmosphere. I was highly impressed and I think 99,9% of the guests will feel and support my statement. Also more than worth mentioning is the always smiling and cute Ms. Nooriat from the hotel's gym and the entire pool staff, such as Messrs. Thalib, Tharaka, Sijal, Ankit, Bimarsh, Asanka & Muler. I have been staying with this hotel for the last six years it never lets me down however on this occasion the hotel was overfilled due to the overfill from ja oceon view hotel which did bring the hotel down and spoilt the high status of the hotel. .i am a silver member and a frequent traveller .The plus side is that the reception staff are outstanding and as always by the pool Talib ,sangam asanka taraka ankit and sijal made so much effort in making my family experiance just great talib is a asset to the hotel and works so hard with a smile on his face always and wish the hotel keeps the staff they have and not rotate .

I recently stayed at the Sofitel Jumeirah Beach in Dubai and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the meals were superb. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable stay in Dubai. I want to extend a special thanks to the wonderful team, particularly Abdelwahed, Roj, Sujan, Neeraj, Sangam, Sameer and Seng who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were immaculate, and the location is perfect, right on the Marina. The neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of shops and activities, making it an ideal place to stay. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you again!
