Sixty80 Design Hotel

Me and my husband came for a nice vacation just to be lied on. These people will lie and say you took something out of the room just to keep your deposit. A bunch of scammers. Please do not waste your money on these incompetent people. I referred two other couples to stay who also did not get their deposit because of "hidden fees" I will not be coming back.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and attentive to our needs. Location was good, central to a lot of areas you'd want to visit, but also a quieter area overall. We had a car and were able to get around. You will pay for parking daily, but it seemed to be the case for many stays around Miami. The rooftop hotel was very nice. It's a short walk to the beach. There is not breakfast but there was a mini kitchen in our room so we were able to prepare it ourselves a few days in. The one thing I would have added is lotion, since the hot summer dehydrates you quickly. Overall the experience was made gret by the very kind staff. Thank you!

There are lots of hidden costs. The hotel charged me $40 for cleaning the bed sheets which should be done without extra costs. They make you sign upon checking a letter confirming that they can charge you just anything like cleaning sheets (which wouldnt cost $40 anyway - a cheap way to make more money). Parking costs $40 plus tax. Checkout is 11 am -- they call you from reception aggressively to make sure you leave on time. The room is nice but there are no public parking places anywhere close so don't come by car. Also few eating options. Downstairs is an overpriced Starbucks selling small Cappucino for $7.5, next door is an equally expensive restaurant. No supermarket close. If you want to go to Miami beach better to search for places one street behind this away from the beach where plenty of parking and dining options are available.
