On this intimate and natural jewel of Seychelles it’s your choice whether you want to dip a toe in to discover our sustainability projects or even dive right in with the turtles! The island is an ecological marvel, so we do everything we can to sustain its integrity. Our social and environmental projects are not obligations, they are our motivations and why we bounce out of bed every day.

We went to Six Senses as part of our honeymoon and it was incredible. The luxury of the rooms is outstanding - and it honestly gets difficult to leave the rooms because the views are so breathtaking alongside your private pool. But you do need to leave your rooms because the beaches are completely secluded, beautiful, and you'll typically have the whole beach to yourself. There are plenty of experiences that you can book through the property to go off island. Travelling to La Digue is worth it for a day. But would spend as much time on the island / at the property as possible as it is the best that Seychelles has to offer. You will get a Guest Experience Manager (GEM) when you get there. Ours was Amos. He was truly the best. Kind, thoughtful, and always making sure we were being looked after. The only slight negative we would give is that there is only one restaurant on the island. So on extended stays you do start to feel a bit of repetition. The food is good (not spectacular) and they keep up the variety so it works out. The drinks are also fantastic.

First time to the Seychelles and first time at a Six Senses property. Would we go back? Absolutely yes!! Felicite is a private island with ca. 25 beautifully appointed villas, each one with complete privacy, an infinity pool, large amount of outdoor deck space, very spacious rooms and bathroom, with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and neighbouring islands. There is also a handful of private residences, some of which are available to rent. From the airport on Mahe, the island is accessible by boat or a magnificent 20 minute ride in a helicopter, which drops you right on the hotel property. Our daughter had never flown in a helicopter so this was an exciting start to the holiday. Worth mentioning: 1. The Spa. Stunningly beautiful and restful; the spa staff were all highly experienced and gave off a very Zen vibe. I think we visited the spa 3 times in 8 days! 2. Every guest has a GEM (Guest Experience Manager) assigned to them. Your GEM is an invaluable resource in helping you plan your day and providing information throughout the day. Always available on WhatsApp. Super responsive. 3. Hotel staff were a combination of charming, engaging and helpful. It always felt like someone was on hand to cater to your every need, without ever seeming obtrusive. 4. Marine biologist (Lara) was amazing, sharing her knowledge of the environment. On Christmas Day, we watched ca. 100 baby turtles hatch from their shells and find their way across the beach to the ocean. Extraordinary! 5. Every Sunday morning, the Général Manager leads a hike to the top of the mountain. Breathtaking views. The hike is challenging; not for the faint of heart! 6. Dining is all outdoors with stunning views. Menus are a nice mix of Continental and local specialties. All in all a truly memorable holiday

Contemporary style villas near private beaches which seem occupied by rented catamarans and boats from other islands. Need to rent a boat to get to swim in the ocean on your own. Do not go for full board as what you want to eat is charged anyway, including still water at the table.
