Went for a Stay Cation for our nine year anniversary. Service was 5 star. I love the feature of texting for help. Room service for breakfast was on point! We had lunch on the pool deck tuna tacos were super yummy they were accompanied by tasty drinks.

If I could give zero stars I would. From the moment I arrived the reception staff were rude and not welcoming. They took a significant payment off of my bank card and at the end of my trip accused me and my bank of not allowing the refund, but when I contacted my bank there was no issue their end. They still have not refunded me this money and tried to say in a letter they will not process the money but they had already taken my money out of my bank account. The manager and staff were not helpful in trying to help sort the refund of the money all they noted was there is no one in the finance team in and they will sort it on Monday after I have travelled back home. They were aware the refund was not working but did not inform me about the issue, I had to bring it up to them when I saw a significant fund taken out of my online banking. The amount of money I spent on the hotel there should not be problems like this and the service should be much better. I left feeling deflated and it really ruined my holiday experience. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the bins were not changed, hand soap not replaced once used. When paying off the bill I was accused of having two drinks from the pool bar which myself and my partner did not have. The front desk was rude and it took them a couple of days to remove it from my bill. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would be very careful if you are staying at this hotel because they take money off you bank card and refuse to refund you trying to make it your issue not theirs. Also be careful when booking in the first place because although we had payed for it they sent no confirmation and when I followed up on it they had no sign of our booking till we spoke to the manger and found out they had put the wrong name then changed it to only one person stay despite having to do this circle 3 times we still had to go to the Hilton complaints to get our booking reference.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. The facilities were good and that freshly baked cinnamon roll had us hooked. The hotel and rooms were clean, spacious and had really good views. The pools were amazing and we had the added bonus of being able to use the neighbouring Waldorf facilities. My husband and I even took a romantic stroll to a sky bar close by. Only downside is something in the hotel was giving me an allergic reaction. We never found out what it was but Hilton was super accommodating and moved us to a pet free floor. When things didn’t improve much we were offered a pure room but by that time we only had a few days left so I chose to tuff it out and stay outside as much as possible. Even the different conventions taking place in the convention centre were amazing. We got to see a show and my son was given a bouquet of flowers. Really good hotel inside Disney for teens who have outgrown the themed hotels. We’ll definitely be back with allergy creams and antihistamines. 😆
