Still great
Have stayed a few times in last 25 years.. this property doesn’t seem to age, great staff, warm welcoming spaces , feels like our living room With no one but us. Live music and great bartender, wonderful breakfast , bar at pool , towel service , beach activities folks..everything just top notch and very appreciated. We had a USC grad party for my husband here down at handlebars when they used to have that before the casa was built Nextdoor …so long ago and every time I am back I am filled w the same sense of quiet costal luxe that just can’t be beat. Thank you

Best hotel in Santa Monica
Hands down one of the best hotels in LA. Clean, luxury and great staff. Beach and bike rentals are awesome . Highly recommend . Will return and stay at this hotel again but in a bigger room. Very house to pier

One of the best hotel we have stayed in the world
Shutter on the Beach really a 5 stars hotel and best in Santa Monica. Very helpful and warm friendly concierge, guest arrival and reception staff presented during our stay. All restaurant staff also very professional and friendly to us. Rooms that we have booked also beyond our expectation and clean. Love the bathtub. Hotel also provide heated pool and beach services. Overall it is one of our best stay during our holiday in USA.
